How Do I Place an Online Order?
A: Ordering is easy and worry free. Simply select your favorite items, add to the shopping cart and click "check out" for your order total. After you have entered your shipping address, the total of your order, including shipping costs, will appear.

Can I place an order by phone?
A: At this time, you may not place a telephone order.

Can I place an order by FAX?
A: Yes you can. Please fax to 970-282-0183. Please include your telephone number in case we need to contact you.

What are my payment options?
A: Orders can be placed online using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal. You may fax an order to us. Payment information will be included on fax form.

Do you sell gift certificates?
A: Yes. We would be delighted to have our products be given as gifts.

What if my order is damaged or defective?
A: Do Not Accept a package with visible damage. Please inspect your product when you receive your order. If there is any damage or the product is defective, please contact us immediately by e-mail or by phone at 970-433-1364 for return instructions.
