Return Policy
Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Please contact us by e-mail or by phone, 970-433-1364, within 7 days of receipt of product for return authorization and instructions. Product must be returned within 14 days. Please include original packaging and paperwork.
Products returned for reasons other than damage/defect will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used.
Shipping Policy
The shipping cost is based on the cost charged to us by the manufacturer (shipping & handling) for delivering of item directly to you from their warehouses.
Some items are shipped via UPS Ground and others via FedEx Ground. We do not offer any priority services such as 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery or overnight delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses. UPS Ground and FedEx Ground require a physical address for delivery.
